If you flew this route in the opposite direction starting in Doha, you would have had access to the Qatar Airways Al Safwa First Class lounge.

The only reason they call this "First Class" when it is in fact "Business Class" is probably because top government officials and business leaders in the Gulf countries have travel policies that allow for "First Class" travel.
