Worth mentiioning is that the bathrooms (alll classes) and the overhead bins are larger than the B737 even though the A220 is overall a smaller plane.

Great video Adam. I for one, and perhaps others, would be interested in what wines were on offer in business class. 🍷 Keep up the good work! 👍

Last time in Qantas 717 business class the cabin was full of economy passengers using the business class toilet.Glad I only used points to book would never pay for that experience.

Hi Adam. Lovely to see you up in the skies. As with all your videos, thank you for your detailed insights.
When I lived in Sydney I used to fly across Australia for consulting work and was often on the B717 (or 737’s) The A220 is def very quiet.
Gosh. Is that the cost of a business class fare!! Great you could upgrade using points.
Safe travels (I’m sure Japan was your next stop)
If you ever make it to Dubrovnik, I’d love to meet you and catch up

I know you are a real train buff, but that flight looked very good. Thanks. We don't have day light saving in Qld because it plays up with the cows. 🙂

I flew Qantas business class on a 737-800, first row from Brisbane to Townsville one night. We were delayed 3 maybe 4 hours. Left around 10pm. The very professional crew manager/supervisor was going through the food to see what was catered and I hear her muttering to herself "a ham and cheese croissant" in a very much "are you kidding me" tone. She was nearly sighing by the time she finished having to offer the croissants.

Another great review Adam, I agree the Croissant looked a tad sad, given the cost of Business class. Cheers

Good video, airfares are expensive in Australia, I had to fly from Brisbane to Sydney recently.

Very nice review. Business seat looks fine for a 2 hour flight (certainly better than BA Club Europe where the actual seat IS the same as economy) but food rather uninspiring. What shocked me were the price markups - $200-$400 to $500-$1000+...that's quite a hike for a 2 hour flight. Mind you it's probably true for most airlines. Certainly a better trip if one can upgrade for "free" e.g. with Qantas points. Was there any lounge access pre-flight?

I loved the shot of the engine on start-up. I have never seen that so close. What was the little camera you were holding in the toilet? I want one! well done on everything. the location sound during the flight into the lav mic (Sennheiser as a guess) was lost and buried in back ground noise. I suggest you use an AI audio noise reduction processing app in post production. I aspire to your editing standard. Sorry I'm a bit pissed as an 82 year old - I hope it makes sense.

My wife had the croissant on a business class flight to Norfolk Island last year and she had the same opinion of it as you. She wished she'd had the quiche like I did.

Hey Adam, great video, as always. Two questions for you get the upgrade due to you bidding for the upgrade, or did you get it as a free upgrade?
Also, you said the Koko black chocolate was good, but how does it compare to Haighs chocolate? Im hooked on Haighs after my visit to Adelaide last year. Thanks
Regards Erika from sunny Perth 😎
