Can you FINALLY game with integrated graphics with intel's 11th Gen XE graphics? Today we test out how Tiger Lake compares to 10th gen G7 Ice Lake!

In this video, we test out the 2020 Dell XPS 13 9310 with 11th gen intel Tiger Lake processors and Xe graphics in terms of graphics performance with benchmarks like Geekbench 5, Unigine Heaven, and Gaming with Fortnite and comparing it to the 2019 Dell XPS 2-in-1 with G7 graphics and also the 2020 Dell XPS 9300 since it comes with the same i7 10-th gen G7 Graphics.

I have the 11th gen xps model with the core i7 and when I updated it to the latest graphics driver yesterday I was able to hit 50fps on 1920 by 1200 at high settings. Bought this for school, but its nice that its able to run basic games like these pretty well!

I haven't seen the entire video yet, but I would like to know if keeping one of the laptops plugged to a charger would have changed the tests results in some way. My laptop always runs much much better when charging, both the cpu and gpu ramp up a bit.

10th Gen XPS is running at a higher power limit than 11th Gen, but 11th Gen is still 40% faster. If you run them both at same power, then the 11th Gen would be almost 2X faster.

IDK why Dell reduced power limits on 11th Gen.

You should do another test with same power limits on both laptops.

Will the 11th gen run cad/solidworks programs? I'm trying to find an all in one laptop and I've not seen reviewers mention this. Couldn't care less about games but I know that graphics is a big part of rendering and the like. Do you think it could handle it?

So you're testing the older i7 with the newer i5? Also why is the older i7 plugged in? I feel like using the same i7 tigerlake would give me more of a comparison. I think it would show an even bigger difference
(Edit: saw the i5 plugged in for the fortnite testing, but like the rest still stands and I don't think it was plugged in for benchmarking)

Hi there! Im planning to buy the latest XPS 13, but im having a hard time to choose between the standard 9310 and 2-in-1. Is the black color level in the matte display (non-touch) as same as in the glossy screens like 2-in-1 and macbook pro?

The difference between generations is very drastic. I wish the Macbook Pro 2020 13in had the 11th gen instead of the 10th gen. Also Since the 11th gen is out, I wish Apple would quickly discontinue the 2020 8th gen model and replace it with the 10th gen and have the upper model 11th gen.

Power saving settings would've affected the test results because only the left laptop was charging.

I love the tiger lake CPU so much, what I don't really like about Intel CPUs are the Watt usage are pretty much, AMD can go at 10 Watt but still play Death Stranding on integrated
