For Elisabeth, Positano means very hard hard work and even more than that a lot of responsibilities as she and Beppe own a company. For you Nicky, even though you're also working very hard with videos and all, you're probably not as under pressure with responsibilities as Elisabeth, hence your dear friend feels overwhelmed coming back to Positano and bursts into tears and needs time for everything to sink back in and get back on to her routines. And yes, even in winter when there is much less work. Part of her mind doesn't really know the difference between seasons, just like when you watch a movie and part of you totally believes the story in the movie and believes the actors are those characters 100%
