So I Found at the top of the engine after taking off all the plastics were the oil leak is coming from. Looks like where the engine meets the transmission.

I have a leaking between the cylinder head and that bottom part.

But you mentioned it was the chain tensioner. I'm gonna check it, because I used the toque set according to the manual. Used a UV liquid to identify the leakage and its concentrated on the cylinder head junction.

Double the gasket. I had the same problem with my 150cc gy6 scooter, and I doubled the gasket, then no oil leak from there anymore.
