X18 How Big is It .. Behringer X18 Review

This video is about X18 and It's physical size. If you're familiar with the XR18, check out some of the differences on this Behringer X18 X-Air.
I describe and show how it fits with my iPad, computer and briefcase ... or not. Lots of nice pans to showing 360 degree views of the X18 along with some size comparisons.

Please watch to the end to see the big ending where I've recorded some drums with the X18 into StudioOne 3 Professional and even played my bass guitar for the full band ending!

The Electric guitar parts for the ending and the backing track were created in Band in a box.

Got this with my bachelor’s degree in MP with the Los Angeles Film School. It’s really convenient. Especially for just starting out and working with live bands. I’m kind of wondering if this is overkill for a solo artist? I feel like all the extra outputs are really useful if you need them.

I was wondering if using an inexpensive laptop stand would work. Set the stand on the X18's surface pad, and then the Macbook or other laptop on the stand.

I see it has eight aux sends onboard so you can connect to outboard equipment, but where do you plug the returns into?

I keep seeing conflicting info on the USB in/out of a PC. Will this unit in fact allow you to record multi-track (vs. 2 track/stereo like their QX mixers) into a daw over USB (post fader, post EQ)?
