Good advice but easier said then done for those who don't have a 9-5 office type job. If for example you own your own business it is very hard to "turn off". That means texts, emails, calls at all times etc. For me, my "power hour" is working out or on my days when I don't work out, reading the paper with a cup of coffee and putting my phone away for the first hour of my day.

Wish I had a job that required me to respond to emails, whilst eating a baguette. First world problems...
