How to Install a Gravel Driveway - 1200 feet of Gravel

Doc installs the second gravel driveway which is also over 1000 feet long.  When installing a gravel driveway #57 gravel will offer the best drainage, however crush-n-run will help build up the road base and make if firmer.  Usually a combination of the two is done and Doc explains while he installs the gravel driveway.

Hey Doc. You need to get some RM43 from TSC and spray your new driveway. I had my 1 1/2 driveway redone and in 1 year it was covered in weeds. Looked horrible. I spray that stuff on it and my fence rows of my 65 acres and it stops anything from growing for about a year and drastically cuts down on up keeping it. Just a suggestion. Also your tips have helped my yard become awesome thanks.

That driveway is going to fail you need a solid subgrade and then place some gracel
