You kept saying permanently sealing, bonding etc. If it permanent, why does it need to be reapplied every 18 months? That to me does not sound permanent, it sounds like it will last for 18months - 24 months.

Just bought this kit, but decided to go with new headlights, due to broken mounting brackets. Can the ceramic be applied to new, out of the box headlights?
