Advice from a 31-year-old - Don't compare yourself to others, compare yourself to who you were yesterday - best advice I've ever got & it's a good place to start

Im 21 as well, the way into adult-hood was weird and hard but there is a saying.. dont look for the meaning of life, but instead give your life a meaning.
If time always goes past super fast, you know you do something with passion and enjoyment. Thats the way to go

Thanks for the advice flowstate. As a 21 year old myself, I definitely agree and I'm thankful for the experience that 2020 had. Online learning was definitely not it 😂. But all in all, believing in yourself first before waiting for anyone else to goes a super long way. I'm glad I'm learning that now, this early in life. Amazing and inspiring video as always. Your cinematics are always very well done. Great job man! ♠🔱

All i can say is "Real." I just finished highschool, I'm 18 years old rn and I am moving to the biggest city in my country after living in small villiages and towns all my life. I hated highschool, I was constantly angry that I had to go there and I had awful teachers that were making it even worse. I always wanted to just finish it and go as far as I can from that school. The last year was the worst of all, the only good teacher left because the rest didnt want him there, and everything that was bad earlier turned ito worse. This year felt like a long long year until I realised that I havent studied for my finals and its in 3 weeks. I didnt panic but I didnt study either. I went to the flnals without studying a single hour in 4 years, and I knew I could do it. I did it better than I imagined, it turned out great. But then I realised that everything that was normal in my life friends, social activities, gym, discord calls are literally the past. Everyone has their own journey and the conection we were able to hold in that years is nearly gone. The thing that hit me the most was the fact that 4 years went by like one. I always felt bad in school but when we were having fun with the friendgroup it ment everything. The most suprising thing is that I cant recall any bad experience from those years only the good ones and that made me realize that maybe I was wrong and it was not that bad afterall. I am moving in a few weeks and it will be completely different than my life before. I will miss these times but I'm happy that its over because I can start my own journey. Its so hard to suddenly scheduele yourself and comprehend that your actions determine your future. I am in a wierd state because of how fast time went by and how drastically my life changed in the past months. This video was as relatable as it could be, so thanks for uploading. I really like your videos, this is the ones that make people take control over their own life. Best wishes, Otto.

I really wish I found this channel a long time ago. Your videos would have helped past me so much. They are short and sweet. You give off such a humble vibe, and you give me so much motivation, even now in a time of my life where I am already motivated.

I’m 19 and a junior in college, and the hearing this from you is really nice, i’m not quite as far in life as you but i can see that i’m heading that way.

I couldn’t agree more in the fact that all the things i’m best at are the things i’m the most interested in and chose to learn on my own and watched Youtube videos to guide me along.

I don’t have the luxury of doing what i want without a degree, but if i did i wouldn’t be in college anymore for sure.

perspective is key. you were able to acknowledge that what had happened, happened out of our control & learned from that difficult experience. as another 21-year old who had their college experience unexpectedly shifted from in-person to online because of the pandemic, i recognized that we must learn to accept change and continue to learn because life never stops teaching. we persevere, we learn, we grow. (btw the storytelling, the pacing & the composition of your shots are very nice. bringing together gaming & cinematic storytelling is art.)

I really appreciate your videos, I'm 16 and often experience self worth issues, and hearing all of your stories and advice doesn't make it go away but it reaffirms me that I'm not alone in my struggle

Your Videos are pure perfection. You are being calm and at the same time helpful. You are already able to help so many people, something not even all elders can.
Thank you for being yourself.

These videos always calm me down and make me really relax when i'm alone along with reflecting on my life but also preparing my mindset for the future where I will have to do it all on my own and it's sad watching everyone wanting to grow up so fast while I don't and just want to stay being 16 forever but I think these videos help with preparing mentally for the inevitable future that I will endeavor. Hope everyone gets through their troubles and tough times and have an amazing future.
