Love your videos. I’m a foreigner learning US geography and history. I just memorized 50 states using one of your videos a few days ago. I wondered what the next step should be. And this might be it. Since the population density links to the amount and size of the area code districts, I could get the gist of where many Americans live in a state or in US. And this will become better basis for learning more about cities or geographical information than just 50 states. the problem is I probably won’t need to know the areas codes in my life… except when I want to tell random Americans their home town’s area code? Thanks for uploading!

Hello, Nelson, you are awesome. I would like to try to do what you are doing, but my memory is very bad. My episodic memory and my verbal memory are ok, but the short-term memory is shit. I've seen you had a very good short-term memory. Did you train or you are just born with it and that's it?

I would really really love to know if there is a way of improving memory that doesn't involve visualisation because my memory is appalling but I can't visualise images in my head at all, complete blackness in my head! SO none of these techniques work for me at all. I'm adhd which also doesn't help but I'd give anything to improve my memory. I can actually memorise large amounts of information for a short period of time but any more than a day or two and it's gone. As an example I can memorise 4 or 5 A4 pages of information word for word in a couple of hours and retain it for a day or two but never again will I have that information unless I redo the process, which is fairly pointless because it will once again be gone a few days later. I mean great for studying for certain exams, but really really sucky for normal life!
