Isn't it nice that you buy a house and then you're told what you can do with it. It's great that the effect of co-ownership is in place but the HOA hasn't invested a thing. They will tell you their reasons, like block land ownership. But how did that slide in? See how "free" you are?
HOAs should be outlawed. You own it, you call the shots as long as you have 'deed'. Oh, wait...! You prob thought that title is deed. Right...! Well, enjoy your mortgage, or have they called it "in-house financing"? Just another example of "theory" that isn't quite theoretical, is it?

How do you and my neighbor know that these bugs came from my lawn? You and my neighbor give me some substantial proof that there chinch bug problem came from my lawn. It could be that I got them from my neighbors lawn.
