I would like to take you on a journey, a visualization to reflect on your perspective and practice choosing to look through a positive lens. Today's 25 minute guided meditation practice is for gaining positive perspective.

We may have a tendency to add stress and upset to daily experiences that, at the end of the day, we realize just aren't worth the stress and negativity that we shape these experiences with. Allow the good to surface and outshine the negative.

I lost my job last week. I've been feeling extremely anxious so I decided to start meditating and ran into this channel. I've liked each session very, very much, but this one has been the best so far. It's the end of the day for me and I feel great, full of peace and positivity. I know everything will be alright. I struggle daily with extremely intrusive negative thoughts, memories, pain from the past and anxiety for the future.

I have been using guided meditation on and off as a way to bring me back to the present. I always end up back with The Mindful Movement. I've tried other channels but none of them compare.

I started meditating to balance out the deep turmoil, the pain and emotions that I experienced daily. Being a witness instead of the victim really changed my perspective. It really gave me a outside view to encourage myself and be like “babygirl, you can do soo much better. There is nothing else you could’ve done, you were not the problem. Don’t ever let someone treat you like that again”
