can I give you some advice? While the information you gave here is very good, the presentation of the video is not good. While this guy seems nice and well informed, it's just video of him talking. Why not incorporate visual aids? Such as PowerPoint presentation with voiceovers of the talking points we can read along to? or bullet points we can follow? When someone is just talking nonstop for this amount of time, with zero visual aids, it is harder to follow along. I have been selling successfully in high tech for 17 years, and visual presenting is a big factor. This is just non-stop talking for 20 minutes.
