I'm really shocked how much of this resonates with my experience. I've never been able to explain or understand why I am bad at things and slower at grasping things. I've always done well at school and work however felt like I've had to work so hard at it and things don't come as quickly as others and I do frustrate some impaitent colleagues. Also incredibly clumsy. I find I walk into furniture or hit things on the wall with arms/hip, spilling food on myself. I have anxiety and have had a ton of phobias from childhood though I have overcome several. I can be quite obsessive about things, especially things I'm anxious about. I'm bad at games that require quick responses like shooting or driving, riding a bike took ages, and I'm a terrible ungraceful dancer and struggle with picking up complicated moves. Never understood how people do it without loads of practice. I am not sure what the benefits of a diagnosis would be however but it's good to read/hear about

Hi I took your dyspraxia test and I am 10 years old my results came out as severely dyspraxic and I just wanted to say Thank You because we have been trying to get me a doctors appointment but I can't because of covid and now me and my mum were even more sure that I have dyspraxia and we are going to try even harder to get me an assessment

Hi, I have had a very very interesting life and not exactly good at all. I have almost all of these D"I"sorders
and I never knew why everything went wrong and I was bad all my life. I learned about dyscalculia and proceeded from there to discover all of these.

This is super helpful. I have been thinking I was dyspraxic for a long time and my university doesn't test for it, this has made me feel very validated!
I am going to ask my doctor for a screening.

I was diagnosed as an adult, when attempting to (finally!) get my GCSE in Maths. I was tested by student support following a number of tests, diagnosed and given 25 per cent extra time to sit the exams. Pleased to say I passed after years of thinking I was just dim! I am here to find out a bit more and to say thank you for your website and work.

I was always the last out to recess everytime when i was little because i struggled heavily to tie my shoes. I was always the last to hand in a test. And i am kind of ambidextrous, i play sports (baseball, golf, etc) Lefty, but i write w Right hand, but i kinda use each like 40% L & 60% R hand.
So this is so crazy accurate for me

Im dyspraxic... I never found directions to anything much of an issue. When you showed question no.4 though asking for the left hand... I am a bit confused. My initial thought well... obviously the hand on the left of the screen? However if I look at my own hands with the palms facing my face, the hand which is on the right hand side of the screen corresponds with my left hand (is this the one you meant?). Isnt the question a bit of a trick as it is dependant on the way an individual visualises/ percieves the hands or the question even?

Hello, my name is Emma (I’m a teenager) and I watched a video on Dyscalculia and realised that I most likely have it. My mum also said that I might be a bit dyspraxic, due to my 9 months of hospital as a premature baby. I couldn’t ride a scooter in the first year of primary school. The school were very worried but my mum said that the reason was my problems at childbirth.
Coming to my latest pointers, I am not very good at riding my bike, taking ages to tie my shoelaces and genuinely struggle with using my hands to do anything. Of course this done not mean that I am dyspraxic, but I list wanted to say that this video has really helped me, so thank you!!! 💕💕💕💕 Lots of love from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

i came to this video as quite a few people now have said i seem to be austisic or have dyspraxia or have ADHD i thought this was just people trying to be "quirky" but actually looking into it i feel i may be autisic and/or have dyspraxia. i mean i ride a motorbike with ease but my hand eye coordination with things like typing and writing is absolutley horrible. i can stuggle to pick things up litterally and metaphorically. the worst one is really embarrsing for me where i try to drink and can over correct the movement of a bottle being drank and loss of fluid in the container causing me to spill a drink over myself. its like there is a disconnect, which is very annoying as someone who does physical work.

i have no diagnosis and think i may consider going to the NHS and seeing if it worth trying to get a diagnosis

Edit:halfway through the video, memery retention is something i have very little of. didn't know this had anything to do with dyspraxia

The left hand thing....yes the Leftie losie but in terms of reality...we are looking at our own hands leftie loosie. If you look at the emojis, the palm is facing us, which means the right side emoji is truly the "left hand" ☺
