I lived in NYC for 7 years and cannot imagine ever moving back. The stuff we put up with to live there all for the prestige of NYC, is so not worth it. Everyone should a year then LEAVE.

Dude, you make me want to be an entrepreneur so I can get my own place like yours in NYC! Give me entrepreneurial ideas, man! And so great to see Living Bobby! I'd also recommend you getting a good regular coffee pourover. To me, the really good ones can be life changing. I am a fan of a great light roast (possibly of Ethiopian origin) brewed via a Hario V60 pourover. A tanzania peaberry coffee is great, too! I've become a huge single origin coffee pourover fan over the years. It's great to discover characteristics of coffees from the different origins and finding which ones you really like.

And when it comes to the espresso-based drinks, I'm a huge Flat White fan!
