I’m so glad I live in an area with a low cost of living. We live in the most expensive actual apartment in our city, but it’s still less than 1k a month with all utilities included. The only downside is that my city is car dependent. After my half of the rent, my overpriced car, other necessities, and extras, my living expenses are under $1400 each month.
