finally, i just buy a7iii + tamron 28-70mm f2.8 and dji ronin rsc 2 + raveneye. i got issue when i switch to video mode in the camera my phone turn black screen with dji ronin apps. so far i think its because the wrong cable and the store can't help to much because this is new brand in the store. thank you for the video setup \m/

Thank you so much. I just have a few problems. First issue is that the Rec button on the gimbal doesn't do anything. Second issue is that in 4K I can't use face AF. I've watched all your videos about setup but can't find the answer.

Thank you so much, had been scratching my head trying to get my sony a6400 to connect to raven eye and gimbal at the same time. It was only doing one or the other based on the RS focused tutorial that Dji have.

I need help, everything is good but when I press the record button the camera display goes to black!! Only the phone as a viewfinder, how can i show on both phone and camera while recording

On the website, it says the raveneye is not compatible with any Sony cameras. You can either control the raveneye, or the camera from the gimbal, but you can not do both.

Im using an A7c, and I can get everything to work properly until I press record. Then the phone goes black and I can't use ActiveTrack. When I stop recording, the phone comes back on and the gimbal still controls the camera. Very strange. Idk if its an issue on Sony or DJIs part... But I have a feeling neither company can do something about that through a firmware update

I have a problem. I have the exact same setup (Sony A7iii) and did everything the video said with settings and cables, but no matter what I do the in camera picture doesn't show up on my iPhone. All the setting do I can even do Force mobile or re center but I can't see what I'm filming. The picture does show up when I put the gimbal in sleep mode but goes back to blank screen when I "wake" it. Plz help!

Does the camera monitor or viewfinder switch off when you are transmitting the video to your mobile? Or do they both show the video you are recording in 4K ?
