Valet Driver Crash A Tesla Through A Wall: Blames Autopilot

Valet driver picks up a Tesla Model 3 Performance, and on the way down in the garage he crashes, a crash that ended with over $100,000 USD in damage. He claims that Tesla Autopilot took over and that the Tesla crashed itself. The crash report proves that he is lying.

The thing I find crazy is quality of the parking garage... a car pushing through the wall that easily is ridiculous. An extra 5mph and it looks like the whole car may have come through the wall. Imagine a pedestrian underneath that...

Here in the UK the vast majority of these types of garages have circo barriers between the wall and the cars.

The parking company should receive charges for lying and not taking blame even after enough evidence was given.

Also, can you ask Ben if he had turned on Valet mode or not since Valet Mode doesn't allow the car the exceed a certain speed and locks the frunk (not sure abt the trunk).

Seeing how fast he was taking the turns and knowing he did not have his seat belt on, the valet driver probably slid off the seat and pressed the accelerator.
Seeing him hobble around after the crash tells me his leg was probably locked at the time of impact and hurt his ankle.

This is why my friends, including myself, refuse valet parking. I feel bad for the owner. It's sad that parking garages act like this to fill the spot fast to continue making money. I'm happy the owner is standing up otherwise that is how these companies get away with behavior like this. NO ONE should feel nervous about valeting their car, AND valet drivers should take extra special care of other persons property.
