Im not connecting when i set my wan1 to PPPOE from dynamic, why do i need to set it to this in the first place?

I have a jio fiber and airtel 4g router(with lan port) will it work with them. Will I need to configure wan as dynamic. Also will it not cause double nat prob as both the tplink load balancer and the jio/airtel will try to assign ip to devices.

Muy buen video.. una consulta yo tengo un balanceador conectado con 3 isp 2 de fibra y 1 cable módem... las 3 conecciones de internet las obtengo inalambricamente con 3 cpe ubiquiti m5 loco. Al cual tiene un routers tplink cada uno... y de cada routers un puerto a las entradas 1 al 3 wan del balanceador ... a la salida del balanceador tengo otros routers tplink.. lo que quisiera saber es cómo se puede configurar un cortafuegos en el balanceador o en algún routers para no ver los Smartv y cromcast que están conectados en los módem que me provee internet . Al abrir Spotify o ver un video en YouTube me aparece la opción de enviar a TV o a Cromcast de los dispositivos que están conectados a los módems y son de mis vecinos que me comparten internet ...shhh sin saberlo... jaja la idea es que no envíe sin querer algún contenido a sus dispositivos..

I have one ACT connection and one SB connection both are dynamic connection but when I am connecting it in load balancer it is showing down link and disconnected? why and how to fix it
