Chicken Kiev in an Air Fryer? #Shorts

Ingredients:
For the garlic butter:
3 tbsp chopped garlic
5 tbsp chopped parsley
½ cup salted butter
2 chicken breasts
Salt to taste
3 tbsp plain flour
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
Method:
Make the garlic butter by mixing garlic, parsley and butter. Take 2 tbsp of the butter and place it on a piece of cling film and roll tightly into a ball. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes and then start on the chicken. Layer a chopping board with some cling film and place a chicken breast on it. Add another layer of cling film over It and then pound the breast with a meat tenderizer until flattened. Place the garlic butter in the middle of the chicken breast, fold the meat over it, and use the cling film to fold it tightly into a ball shape. Freeze for at least 30-45 minutes and then coat with plain flour, egg and finally the breadcrumbs. Airfry for 28 minutes on the chicken setting, making sure to turn them over in between and serve with mashed potatoes and boiled green beans or vegetables.
