For me it’s when ocelot detonated the Semtex in the tanker and he’s about to board Ray. As the ship is exploding and filling up with water, Snake is wading through the water and aims the gun and screams “OCELOT”.

I don’t know why. But it’s one of my favourite moments.

I think you missed the "Support" scene (MGS2) when snake helps out Raiden by first taking out cyphers with his gun, and after that preparing to cover Raiden with sniper fire.
