I really love how this game is coming along - just one humble suggestion; it may just be early in development but right now i think the visuals are a bit flat. I completely understand that you’re going for a certain art style. I just think you could still keep your style while injecting more depth and contrast in your colors/shadows/textures etc. For a cosy and wholesome feel maybe take a look at some ghibli backgrounds for inspiration. Just a thought 🤗

I'm so excited! There are so many little details in this short clip that make me so happy! The little roof decorations (don't know the name of it), the different trash cans, the vines, the balcony up top, the vairety in (matching) windows...

I really, really can't wait to get my hands on this game and build houses!
