I had one of these a few years back and loved it. It would retain heat so well I’d barely have to use any coals to get a great sear on some steaks. I even used it as a micro smoker as well. Did a smoke prime rib, brisket flat, and pork butt. Thing was a beast

Plan on buying a char griller for my "lil family". Had some Chuck eye in my freezer bought on whim. Grilled them yesterday bought some more today. Love your videos.
