Deployment is not to Ukraine. It is to NATO allies as part of article 5 solemn commitment in case NRF is invoked. Ukraine is not an ally but a partner. That is very important distinction. Please stop this controversy.

It is important to note that when the media says on the border, it's actually 300km from the border.

Dude, I had one of those crazy dreams where Putin does make a move into Ukraine and we were blindsided by XI went for Taiwan at the same damn time. It was ugly

I am so glad he brought up the Taiwan issue because if the US and the West doesn't stand up to Russia with Ukraine China will see that as another sign of weakness and just take over Taiwan and it will be a domino effect after that.

US/EU admit not to fight Russia for Ukraine
not to fight China for Taiwan.

‘Russia invades Ukraine
at the same time as China attacks Taiwan’.
Isn't that nothing more than wishful thinking?

that you don't march on Moscow,
and you do not bluff Beijing.
If you do, your bluff is always,
at some point, going to be caught’.

Prepared for deployment to NATO member countries in Eastern Europe, not Ukraine. Your reporting is very sloppy and you should correct this.

US: We need to defend free democratic countries.
Russia: We need to expand our borders. We need to show the world how strong we are.

Two different mindsets. You can see why as a Turkish I cheer for the US and not Russia. I lived in Russia for 7-8 years Putin represents all Russians. They still see expansionism as a source of wealth and success. They not only want Ukraine but also all Eastern Europe and even Nordic countries like Norway and Sweden. This is unacceptable hope everyone will unite...

a Russian military doctrine stated in 2010, nuclear weapons could be used by Russia "in response to the use of nuclear and other types of weapons of mass destruction against it or its allies, and also in case of aggression against Russia

I hate that the US government is getting involved!! You won’t even use our taxpaying dollars to help US citizens, but you are sending troops to Eastern Europe🤬 We need money for human infrastructure here Joe Biden!!

And we couldn't keep 2500 troops in Afghanistan?

There is serious speculation that when they say Eastern Europe they are floating idea of some going to Ukraine. PMC guys are already there and on frontline. This is insane. But thus the title. Also "just family members of embassy employees" ordered to leave is also not very honest it seems. There is info that everyone is leaving including diplomatic themselves.

Is anybody going to mention that Russia has asked the United States for a written response on their demands, but the US keeps stalling and pumping propaganda to escalate tensions?
