Helluva pitcher. I loved watching him play.
He needs to be in HOF!

Dave Stewart's career with Oakland was the best of his career.OAK (8 yrs)119-78.604. He's still the last pitcher to have 4 consecutive 20 win seasons. His overall numbers sadly don't warrant consideration for the hall of fame. He was certainly fun to watch, especially when Eck followed him in the 9th inning.

Isn't Stewart one of only Pitchers to win 20 games 4 yrs in a row, 87, 88, 89, 90

I've been told he's more qualified for the Hall of Very Good rather than the Hall of Fame.

He also had big performances in the playoffs . He should be in the hall of fame.

How is this guy not in hall of fame or at least considered for it. Didn’t he have 4 straight 20 win seasons. It’s probably guys with less then that or none in the hall. This baffles me.
