Hi Eva! I wish I discovered your channel earlier, I was just in Rome about two weeks ago for the very first time and I fell in love with your city. It is beautiful, and we actually stayed in Trastevere! We were at Piazza Trilussa on a Saturday night and was wondering if there was a special event going on because there were so many people, but we soon realized it was just locals hanging out on a Saturday night! When I visited Rome one year ago, I stayed in the Trastevere neighborhood when I first got there! ❤️ When I came back (after visiting other citites) I stayed in Monti, which I prefer! It’s less touristy but still almost as many things to do 😊 I can’t wait to go back!
P.S. I ate at the Piazza di Santa Maria a few times... like a local 😁
