What I don't understand is how do I find major and minor Axis of Ellipse, for example when I am drawing Form life and how can I construct an square into inscribed is an circle in Perspectiv from life drawing

Hi. I have one question. I hope that you' ll understand. My problem is that I can't to draw from life such forms like circles or Ellipses and with use of Perspectiv. I don't know what art of Perspectiv should I use when I see for exampel an Plate or Wheels, some are seen from the side, another from above and in angle to me. Is there any solution for my problem ?

I want to draw the anatomy of the face but almost every artist draws it in different proportions. Does this mean that the proportions are up to the artist’s opinion and can I invent my own proportions. please a clear answer
