The end of Ship of the Week Season 1 is here! And to celebrate, I'm turning one of the ships from it into an NPC mod for the Modular Encounters System! I figured I could buy myself another week to figure out my next series by taking you all along on the modding journey, and maybe it'll help a few people out as well!

Great tutorial on MES! As someone with a few mods under their belt, there is so much in MES to go over I wouldn't know where to start. I really liked your process and order. Great for someone just starting!

My understanding is that the numbers for the game folders that Steam downloads your game into are always the same number for the same game... for everyone.

Great tutorial, it helped me a lot!

Anyone knows how to make any Kind of storage container "lootable"? It looks like the RivalAI change the shared ownership i defined in the prefab. Only Freight boxes of the dlc works and are lootable.

MetaData.mod is an XML file that contains the mods version number. My *guess* is that it's automatically generated when you upload your mod.

Example:
