How to Walk Rough Terrain
Показать описание
Walking on Compacted Gravel.
In my opinion, jagged Gravel is the most difficult terrain to walk on, barefoot.
I consider it easier than walking barefoot on a Hiking trail or Urban trail.
This terrain shows the benefit of a larger surface area and the dampening ability of the Forefoot strike instead of Heel strike.
This carries over to walking on unyielding surfaces, such as the concrete slabs that our walking paths are made of.
