I love my x1 carbon ive had no issues and thats with a couple hundred hours on it so far

when replacing the sv08 nozzle, do you just unscrew the old and screw in the new one? they look the same ... did i miss something?

as a small business who owns a bamboo carbon. I have a lot of questions. The bamboo works perfectly for us.

I'm pretty sure I commented on one of your past videos, but I can't find the comment anymore which is weird.

Did you ever catalog all the issues you ran into with you X1C, and all the results of the support tickets you opened about those issues? I spot checked a few of your older videos today and saw at a couple of points you stated some of the problems you had, and what you did to try and address the issues yourself, but I don't think I heard about the support tickets you opened for the printer issues you ran into.

I.E. If you routinely opened support tickets and Bambu Lab dropped the ball by not helping, then that's something I and others would probably like to know about as that is poor customer service and would reflect badly on them. If you didn't open supports tickets with Bambu Lab, I would be curious as to why as after a while they probably would have sent you a replacement printer with the number of issues you mentioned you had.

I have only ever had 1 issue that Bambu Lab didn't address to my satisfaction, but I understood where they were coming from. I'm in a 3D printing "group" of 20+ people at my company (we are mostly IT nerds) and most of us have Bambu Lab printers with no one having anything like what you have reported in a number of your videos. That is not discounting what you have experienced, but it doesn't seem like a common occurrence which is why I am hoping for more detail on the specific issues and how Bambu Lab support responded to them.

I was thinking about purchasing an X1 carbon but I think I'm going to get a P1S instead, if there were any other options for a multi colour printing I would entertain those in a heartbeat but right now they're the only game in town unless you wanna build an MMU and pay two to three times as much or five times as much. Options for multi colored printing suck right now in

From all these printer, Bambu X1C is by FAR the best.
