What’s the high iso you’re comfortable shooting at night?

Being new to Fujifilm, I really thought I’d use the film simulations more. No matter how much a tweak with them I never get the look I want or envision!! But that’s ok. Switching to Fujifilm still has been a great experience for me and loving it!

When you shoot in RAW, you can always use the camera profiles in Lightroom, hence getting the simulations in post production with the raw file

I’ve been scared to do night time photography, mainly because it’s new and it’s my goal in 2023 to embrace it. Going to use these amazing tips on my trip to Korea and hopefully come back with some good pics! Thanks Reggie 🙏

Nice work! Always evolving…
About gear you mentioned the 33 1.4, but showed the 23! Which one is it?
Do you feel that the 1.4’s have a big difference to the x100v 2.0?
I’m struggling between the 23 and 33 1.4 . I say this because I know that eventually I’ll get an x100.
Recently I upgraded to the x-t5 from the x-t2… and I’m amazed with the ability of handling higher ISO’s.
I’m following your channel since the beginning, and you’re handling it very very well as a content creator/educator and as a father of two and wedding photographer! But you’re being too organized/“scheduled” you know? Give your self space for the art where you have your heart and soul, even at the expense of less views once in a while.
Let it go… use the force reggie!

Hey what's up man, I came across your YouTube channel and found it very resourceful, being that I'm new the fujifilm fam. In this video you mentioned the cinebloom diffusion filters 49mm. Is there a alternative for that one? Only reason bc I'm on a time crunch and the cinebloom won't be here before I go to my trip. I'm also rocking with the x100v so your videos are super helpful

which filter do you use between the lens and the cinebloom filter? wondering why/how it's a risk to attach directly?

Excellent presentation. You are the first photographer who mentioned concerns for personal safety. May I suggest carrying pepper jell or a small caliber firearm-380 semiautomatic pistol 🔫. Emphasize proper training in the use of a firearm. I understand Fuji is coming out with an upgrade of the x100v. Any information on this new model?

Hi Reggie do you use a uhd filter on your x100v. Not sure if uv a good thing to have if I’m seeking better quality pictures aloha

Great video, but you can always do any film simulation in your editing process!
The main reason I don’t do night photography is I don’t feel safe in my city anymore! 🖖

Hi Kaya Reggie, is it worth getting the 33mm f1.4 lens for cinematography, especially at night, or will a f2 lens with ibis suffice? Thanks for the stylish and helpful video.

Excellent. Did you make a video on the cinebloom filters ?

Noce video. Thank you. I just have my new x100v. I got it mainly to capture travel memories. So what I understood from your video, I don’t need to buy extra flash or light gear to capture moments at night, right?

Looks like I have to start practising with my X-T4 or X-E4 for an upcoming vacation.
