Creating Data Logger with Arduino Uno

Показать описание
Using an Arduino Uno, I attached a soil moisture sensor, air temperature and humidity sensor, and an SD card module. With this, I am logging the air temperature and humidity along with the soil moisture of my new habanero plant.

Future ideas include using these data to plot daily temperature fluctuations as well as using the data from the soil moisture sensor to activate a water pump. Potentially in the fall, can use the data to model daily temperatures/humidity to see if we can predict probability of rain.

Hi Alex. I just watched your Trimmomatic video and learnt much. Wondering if you would consider teaching Linux for RNA seq to someone who doesn't know this. I am a physician with little knowledge of the command line but have used Galaxy for RNA seq. If you would consider teaching please do let me know and of course what your charge would be per teaching session. Thanks. Swati
