When we started out Sourcing from China we fell flat on our faces.
Multiple failed sourcing projects cost us $30,000 worth of debt AND the shame of disappointing our customers because we couldn't figure it out.
Then in the second year things turned around and we made our first ever profit of about $100,000. Then the next we're reaching $1 million.
How did this transformation happen?
Well... It happened by learning a few critical things and today we want to share those with you.

We are Jamon, Matt, and Terry (JMT), three Americans that have been living in China for a collective 30 years.
On the ground managing offices for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers, we have visited 300+ factories in over 15 provinces across a wide range of product categories. There isn’t a problem in China that we have not encountered.
