2.5 n 2.5r engines are the same except for the bigger cooling head.

Nitro gang what's up, i just put a new Traxxas carb on my 2.5 and it will start but once warm it will shut off..idk were to start

If I’m not mistaken the Jato is classified as a Stadium Truck. As if I even know what that is? But I’ve seen it called that many times.

I've been running losi nitro fuel with no issues sucks that happened with yours

Is it possible you had it so rich that it was running extremely cold?

Why wouldn’t you disassemble it before running it. At least clean the bearings crank and rod lube and reassemble

File it down get a new backplate slap it back together and run the shi t out of it lol
