Just put homeless people that are on drugs in a jail facility where they are forced to be sober and medically taken care of. I mean what else can we do.

This is bullshit… don’t waste park rangers time for city parks. Use them for them in the outskirts and rural areas. Phoenix police are there for a reason, no reason for them to not be doing the job they have always done.
