Materials:
*Lobster claw clasp
*Cords
2.5 feet x 2 (preferably one light and one dark) for the vertical strands
3.0 feet x 1 (same dark color) for the horizontal strands

Tips:
*You can add more vertical strands if you want to exaggerate the corkscrew design.
*Obviously, you can choose your own color scheme. For this demonstration, I only used two with the dominant one being the darker of the two to show almost like a ribbon swirl look.
*When folding the strands, make sure you are consistent with the sequence to avoid confusion.
*The length of the zipper pull will be up to you. I stopped braiding at 2.5 inches.
*When tightening at the end, try not to pull the cords hard and quick. Carefully work from the base and go around one direction, tightening the strands one at a time until you have all of them secured.
*For your hardware, instead of a lobster claw, you can attach a split ring to use it as a keychain.
