I want to see a video where Ian takes the offer, steals their powers, but the villain does not give the money so Ian has to give the avengers back their powers hence joining them, hence causing a nexus event.

Dont take their powers, join them and defeat the baddies. Be a double agent. Try and convince the baddies your on their side but inform the Avengers of their every move.

Gain their trust, then tell them about your power. Then they will want you to take some villain's powers. They will pay you more than 10 million to be on the team, sponsorships, and to be in movies.

I think no. My reasoning is that there are pretty much two things that could happen after you take their powers.
1. Everybody will love you and see you as an avenger
Or
2. Everybody will dislike you because you stole their powers
(Everybody as in the people in this series. Ex: father, classmates etc.)

My vote : just join the avengers (my vote: no) and tell them to spy on their person they asked you to take their powers
Once the time is right take him to the HQ and threaten him until he talks about why they wanted the avenger’s powers

my votes: don’t take their powers and defeat the person who offered you 10 mil then maybe The Avengers will give you more money and add you into their team or just join the avengers and tell them to spy on the person that asked you to take their powers.
Once the time is right take him to The Avengers Tower and threaten him until he talks about why he wanted The Avengers powers.
