I went into my interview today feeling better than I did coming out. I feel like I ended up rambling on some of the questions. I left feeling 50/50.

I passed my first interview, online assessment, interview with Operations Manager and Fulfillment Centre Lead. Now in a few days i will have a site introduction as well as a case to work there and prepare a presentation after that presenting it to the FC Lead and Fast Track Trainee. How should i behave during this first time face-to-face and the last step before the offer?

i hads an interview, but during the interview when they told me tell us more about yourself after saying my name and the degree i have, i forgot what i prepared using your videos and started saying crap and i could not remember, it was an awkward situation, after that i managed to answer the rest of questions, they asked me if the team decided to do a strike, what you are going to do, i said some stuff from my head, and what are your values, and if a member of the team had an accident and called you at 2AM, what you are going to do, at the end they told me, we just wanted tell you that we have other candidates, if you are selected we are going to call you for a second interview with the manager, i was sweating the entire interview because i fucked up in the first question, so i don't expect them to call me, this is the story of my life my brain stop working when i need him, or some other shit happens to make sure i fail, like movies, i lost big opportunity and in my coutry it's very hard to find opportunities. very sad.

Your videos are great and helpful. However, your style of answering interview questions does not work the majority of the time simply because you answer too many questions in one question asked. I have failed an interview just by following your exact style. I ended up answered questions they haven't asked me yet. Tell me about about yourself answer should be to just talk about your education and work experience. Don't say anything about what you will do in the role like you mention. The question for that specific answer should be " Why should we hire you" .

Note: I am not an expert. I just share my experience with your style of answering interviews questions.
