Helpful IT Help Desk certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+ and A+. All three are great entry level certifications, and having at least one of them will land you a Help Desk job. A CCNA certification is perfect for going beyond being a Help Desk job, often being a Junior Network Security or Network Manager.
