Cat and mouse game? The police probably do a "routine inspection". Which is probably a drive around the outside. If they go in, there's dozens of rooms to inspect and if a door locks from the inside they probably check it and move on. There's so many places to hide it's easy enough to evade authorities. The solution? A trail camera with a 4G sim card. Less than $200. It makes it's money back in fines and prevents future activities. Come on. Too easy.
