Where do you run the services like water and electrical?

Panel width 195mm - 260mm ? My local supplier does 140mm, 180mm and 235mm. These are the foam injected type.

This is innovative but it just fuels the pathetic throw it up quick construction style. Still uses that cheap particle board and vapor barrier method. There are much better ways to build if you aren't pressured by getting it up fast. Just treats symptoms of our society not the main issues.
