You have been such a wonderful grading coach for me! I posted my first reveal today! I got 19 10’s out of cards! Thanks you for posting all these how to videos

It is very clear, both from the grades you typically get, as well as the stuff you showed in this video, that you inspect cards thoroughly before submitting. I see so many videos where people complain about their grades. Can PSA or any other grader give an incorrect grade? Sure, but I would venture to guess that most of these people don't spend but 5 seconds with a card before popping into a penny sleeve and Card Saver and shipping off to the grader of their choice. I look at each card for probably 2 minutes before making the decision to grade or not grade. You have to hold each card at different angles under good lighting to do a proper assessment of the surfaces, both front and BACK (too many people spend 95% of their time on the front I would guess. I actually think the corners are what get a lot of people -- especially the back corners...they can have those little "bat" corners and unless you look at all 8 corners at different angles under good lighting, it is easy to miss corner issues.

Dear Sir:
I had bought a lot of cards from eBay.
The picture of card's edge is good, corner is good, and when i received the card, the surface is bad.
But i still sent the poor card to PSA and let PSA seal it even the grade will get low.🤣
Great video !
I can't wait to watch your next one !!

I do the exact same thing - buy in bull thru COMC, orders of 50-100 raw cards - a small % go to PSA and the rest go back to COMC. Great minds! :)

I seldom comment on videos but I have to say that I always enjoy your content. I learn something new and often see older football cards that catch my attention as I get back in the hobby. It also helps that you refrain from using "let's go" 😂 Keep up the fantastic work.

Those old school black chromes are just so sick tough grades from what I understand. Really awesome video my friend!

Good video showing lots of different flaws. What you call "finger nail" marks, I have always known roller marks. Something on the roller or in the paper causes the mark. See mostly with chrome products.

I'm going through same thing with ebay. I tell people what's wrong with the card im selling, cause I feel bad selling something damaged. Wish other sellers felt same way.

I think they are sometimes more lenient about issues on a card if it is an issue effecting most of the cards in the series

Ahhh dude, I've loved Miller on the Cavs!!! I had a jersey of him too, he was great(ish) from the jump! I think the main reason he's not as loved was because he jumped from team to team, never built up a fanbase like other point guards such as Darrel Armstrong, Steve Nash or Jason Terry... also the hobby was "dead" when he was at his peak, even us who like him moved own a long time ago!

Damn some really nice stuff in that COMC shipment, bummer they’re not all in good condition. But, you should make some good money off of them there! I have a box with a bunch of stuff I’m planning on sending to COMC at some point in the future as well so hopefully I get around to that soon haha

I like your info about what types of flaws to look for when submitting cards. However, it doesn't mean these aren't "gradeable" cards as the term you use. Cards can be in poor or authentic condition and still be graded. The only time they will not be graded is if they are fake, altered or don't meet minimum size requirement. Maybe use grade worthy cards or candidates. I understand you want the 10 or at least 9 for collecting and resale purposes. I dig all of your videos and info. Keep it up!

So much corner damage happens from people just carelessly jamming cards into penny sleeves. It's frustrating when everything about a card is perfect except for one thing that could've easily been avoided.

So many great cards that just didnt make the cut. Do you ever check prices on ones that maybe a 9 or 8 would be worth it?
