We filmed this about 9 years ago at my study site. What you don't see is all the other Pelicans she attacked and put down that year. Also when she flipped off the gopher snake from the cliff, it landed right next to me with my camera kit. Since then this Falcon (female in this clip)has fledged 37 juveniles out of her eyrie. She is magnificent. I have been documenting her for 15 years.
