I would critique in routine as follows: 1) Why weigh your water when you could use the markings on your water container, 2). I would weigh my coffee grounds instead, 3) You didn't wet your paper filter before use.

One question please; Let's imagine a small boutique coffee shop. If I want to brew Mocmaster Filter Coffee only 7 times a day, 60 g of coffee and 1 liter of water, how long will the life of this grinder be? Does the machine get injured if it processes so much? Only for filter coffee and v60.

You should rinse your filter first before making the coffee. Otherwise, nice to see your process.
