This Is WAY More Important Than Passive Income
Показать описание
Before you go all in on trying to build wealth, you should know that there's one thing that's more important than passive income.

The one thing that's more important than creating passive income through performing assets: self-care. What is more important than money? Health. Your real estate business is of no use to you if you don't take care of yourself so that you can enjoy it!
Think about why you want to create passive income. Is it to have more freedom of time? To be present with your family? It would be a shame to put in all the hard work, but then not be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor because you did not take care of yourself first.
Really think about building a better life for you and your family: it's not just about money - take a more holistic approach. Sleep, stress, diet, mindfulness, exercise.. all important components. It can be really easy to put pressure on yourself to become the breadwinner or get laser focused only on money, but you have to remember what matters.
Six things to focus on to commit to your health and wellness:
1) Mindfulness. Meditation, prayer, journaling, whatever works for you. Get comfortable and in the right headspace, take time for you. Can change your brain/mental health, improve day, increase longevity.
2) Healthy eating. Notice how you feel when you eat, find what foods feel good for your body. Try to eat healthier and get back to basics. Don't complicate it: more real whole foods, less processed junk. More water.
3) Fitness. At least take a walk, get out with your dog, get your steps in. Find something you like to do and be consistent. So many different activities out there: hiking, running, biking, pilates, yoga, lifting. Doing something you enjoy physically makes you less stressed.
4) Having a mission. Write down goals. Having a purpose makes life worth living. What are you working toward and why?
5) Having gratitude. Take inventory of the good in your life. Acknowledge those who make your life better. Deepen personal connections.
6) Sleep. So important - makes you more effective. Don't stay up late doing mindless things like Netflix or Amazon shopping.
