FBI says Trump rally shooter also searched for information on RNC and DNC

The FBI says that the man who attempted to assassinate former President Trump at a campaign rally also searched for information on the Republican National Convention and Democratic National Convention. NBC News' Ken Dilanian reports on what officials had to say about their investigation into the shooting and how the campaign rally appeared to be a "target of opportunity."

The secret service had an obligation to sweep the location for potential threats a spectator even warned them minutes before they saw someone on the roof with a rifle there are random crazy people everywhere rally goers should be forewarned too.

Why is nobody talking about the possibility that the shooter's politics were against both R and D parties? Everyone in the media is baffled because he isn't operating within the two-party dichotomy. There are a large number of possible positions that would have him considering violence towards both of the main parties for right wing, left wing, or other reasons.
