President Biden is presenting the Medal of Freedom to 17 recipients, including Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, Oscar winner Denzel Washington, and soccer star Megan Rapinoe. The late Sen. John McCain and Apple co-founder Steve Jobs will also receive the nation's highest civilian award posthumously.
