i think domain controller is the hardware that we store the active directory (the active directory is feature) . and the word feature mean the function that have on a operating system.

1.) Can the domain admin controller can view the user monitor display?
2.) Can the domain admin controller can freeze a running software (this is to catch if a guy watching movie at office) of the user
