You have to legally wait for the intersection to clear of all traffic even if you have green. So yeah, the biker is IQ deficient.

I'm seeing alot of riders not doing a good job of anticipating what others on the road may do. And without that anticipation they aren't ready for the once in awhile things go south. When i ride I'm constantly calculating escape plans. And every once in awhile i have to use one. Be safe peeps

0:49. The bike rider was in the wrong. The car had already entered the intersection. And it wasn’t his fault that he got stuck. The law stated that any vehicle already in an intersection has right of way to exit once the light change. The bike had to let him out. Green light or no green light.
